GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE for customers and contractors

Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and section 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation ), hereinafter referred to as: GDPR, we inform you that:

2. Your personal data will be protected and processed for the following purposes:

a) performance of contracts (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),


b) marketing of AW-Narzędzia's own products or services (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - our legitimate interest is to inform about our commercial offer,


c) guaranteeing the security of the online sales services provided by registering the IP addresses of the Website users (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, our legitimate interest is to ensure the security of services provided electronically),


d) implementation of our legitimate interest consisting in the possible determination or pursuit of claims or defense against claims (the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)


e) for the purposes of fulfilling the legal obligations imposed on the ADO based on generally applicable legal provisions, in particular tax and accounting provisions - the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter c GDPR,

3. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose to which you consented, with systematic monitoring of their usefulness, no longer than every 3 years from the date of their introduction. In particular, they will be processed for the duration of the offer or the duration of the contract, but no longer than for the duration of the contract, and in the case of consent - until the consent is withdrawn. To the extent that the data is processed for the purpose of sending marketing content to you, it will be processed until you withdraw your consent or object to such processing. The period of personal data processing may be extended each time by the limitation period for claims, if the processing of personal data is necessary to pursue possible claims or defend against such claims by the ADO. After this period, the data will be processed only to the extent and for the time required by law, including tax and accounting law.

4. Your data will not be transferred to other entities except: the carrier or intermediary carrying out shipments on behalf of AW-Narzędzia, if when placing an order in the System you used the delivery method by post or courier, the entity handling payments in the System, if, when placing an order, you used an electronic payment method or a payment card, selected entities supporting marketing campaigns and promotion of offers, when you agreed to receive information about discounts and current offers electronically AW-Narzędzia, suppliers of AW-Narzędzia IT systems and IT services, entities providing AW-Narzędzia with services necessary to perform the contract concluded with you, including legal services, postal operators and couriers, banks in the field of payment processing, certain persons performing regulated professions such as lawyers.

5. You have the right to: access the content of your personal data, including requesting a copy thereof and requesting its rectification, deletion of personal data (the right to be forgotten), restriction of the processing of personal data, the right to transfer personal data to another administrator, the right to raise an objection regarding the processing of personal data, including profiling, and for direct marketing purposes, to withdraw consent if AW-Narzędzia processes your personal data based on consent, at any time and in any way, without affecting legality processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

6. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of directing marketing content to you. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data for purposes arising from the legally justified interests of AW-Narzędzia for reasons related to your particular situation.

7. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for placing and processing an order in the System, concluding a sales contract and using the User Account service.

8. Your personal data will not be profiled.
